  • Discover Korea — Corporate benchmarking and immersion programs in Korea for U.S.-based companies and organizations.
  • Discover America — U.S. market entry strategy and corporate insight programs for Korea-based companies and organizations.
  • Cultural Exchange & Immersion — Curated cultural exchange and immersion experiences designed for individuals, groups, and corporate teams seeking deeper cross-cultural understanding between Korea and the United States. Programs include themed immersion tracks, cultural workshops, site visits, and networking opportunities with local communities and professionals.
  • Long-term Korea Stay Program — A B2C individual program designed for those staying in Korea for 4 weeks or more. Services include soft landing support, visa and stay management advisory, themed immersion tracks, work experience facilitation, goal-based networking, and concierge support. Visa and immigration legal filings are coordinated through licensed partner professionals; AMP Interpro provides advisory and coordination services only.
  • Business Setup & Sales Marketing — Market entry support, business development, and sales strategy consulting.
  • Global HR & Recruiting — B2B corporate talent solutions and cross-border recruiting services.
  • Relocation & Real Estate — Advisory and coordination services for Korea–U.S. bidirectional relocation and property consulting.

The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to the Client prior to commencement of services.

Clients may opt out of SMS messaging from AMP Interpro at any time by replying STOP to any received SMS message. Once opted out, no further SMS communications will be sent. Clients may opt back in at any time by replying START.

AMP Interpro complies with The Campaign Registry (TCR) regulations and sends SMS messages through registered messaging campaigns. We adhere to carrier guidelines and applicable laws to ensure compliance with messaging standards, prohibiting unsolicited spam messages or unauthorized SMS transmissions.


5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment terms for all services will be outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to the Client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following general terms apply:

  • A deposit or retainer may be required prior to commencement of services.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, check, or other methods agreed upon between the parties.

5.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the program start date: full refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to the program start date: 50% refund of deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to the program start date: no refund.
  • AMP Interpro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMP Interpro, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if AMP Interpro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AMP Interpro’s total liability to any Client for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to AMP Interpro in the three (3) months preceding the claim.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AMP Interpro does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.


8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by AMP Interpro, Inc., the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in New York, New York.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
